Looking back at the past four meetings

Do you remember what we all did the last few times?.................

Identify what has changed for the better (no more stomach aches or headaches, tics like blinking with the eyes, skin rash or bad dreams, etc.)……………………

What else has changed now that your......is no longer here?

1. Are you still sitting in the same place at the table?.....................

2. Has mom/dad changed? How?......................

Coping with a loss is like healing a very deep wound. There is always a scar left, which occasionally reminds you of what happened.

And every now and then you might have a feeling that ...... is with you too. Just like you. Every now and then you think about …… and you can talk to …… for a moment, then you feel that you are connected to each other. The bond with your…… will ALWAYS last. And one day you will be together again, when your life here on earth is finished.

But you also have to play and learn and work. So you don't have all day to think about ………….. But that doesn't matter.

School

How are you doing at school now? ………………. (if necessary you can possibly be working with the Sun or earthing!)

What things do you like to do? …………………………..

Having fun doesn't mean you forgot someone! Because dad or mom or…………… will NEVER be forgotten!!!

……... IS ALWAYS KEPT DEEP IN YOUR HEART, EVEN WHEN YOU ARE PLAYING!

We are also going to look forward again.

What is your dream for later? ………………..  What would you like to do/who do you want to be when you grow up? ………………………

A personal (magical shield)

We are goint to make a personal (magical) shield, that  can help you get to know yourself better. The shield shows who you are and gives you strength. Moreover, you literally have something in your hands that makes you feel protected (your own power).

A family escutcheon / shield, used to be used to recognize knights during a battle, fighting against each other; during this time it is used to recognize families or companies. The planes that make up a shield are the symbols used to describe the bearer's identity in detail and with pride.

The shield consists of four faces, each with a different meaning. You can draw or paste something in those areas. Your name and photo will also appear on the shield.

1st level: What are you good at? Who are you?

2nd level : What are you not so good at yet or what are you still afraid of or what do you still find difficult?

3rd level: What do you want to be/do when you grow up?

4th level: Who is your hero? Your role model?

(in a book, cartoon character, film, or TV)    e.g. Zorro, Spiderman, Harry Potter, a person from a pop group.

We cannot prevent pain and sadness, sometimes it just happens. But we can share the pain with each other. Then you can dry your tears, not forever, but always again!

Life goes on after someone's death. That's just how it is.

You will gradually become part of normal life again. After the death of your ..... a new life has begun for you, without your .....

If you can choose whether you are pathetic or as strong as a bear, which would you choose to be?

===========================================

This is the end of DAY FIVE

Take the worry notes from the worry tree and give them to the owner. (For the treasure box)

For at home: Make a memory notebook, ask relatives, grandparents or aunts and uncles to tell stories about ……….. that they remember well.

Or write a letter to the deceased “What I wanted to say to you"….
